Mom! That's awesome. It's crazy to see what you can do with a paintbrush. Good job! I am glad you started this blog. It will motivate you to continue doing work if you know someone is waiting for more. I made a goal, two posts per week. It's sometimes annoying, but I have seen my portraits improve. Plus, it is a great way to archive what you have done for future reference. I can't wait to see what you do next!

PS... did you ever figure out how to have the comments emailed to you?

No, I haven't figured it out, but I haven't spent any time doing it, either. Right now I'm laying out watercolor for Scott and Megan. Two years ago they asked me to paint a picture from their photo of a Venice canal. I'm drawing it now. It's kind of exciting. I've had serious painter's block. But I've got lots of ideas now. Glad you like the painting.

Can't wait to see the new one.

Sounds like you are busy with painting and babysitting!

We miss you over here. CAn't wait to see you, soon. And make sure to let me know when your new painting is up.

O.K. Love the pictures. Would you do some of my kids? Dave would absolutely love them. I know you asked for some off of my blog, do you want them in hard copy? PS Thanks for Josie's B-day.

O.k. That was very selfish of me to ask. NO pressure. But, I can't hang anything on my wall unless it is real art according to Dave. You have been to my house, sparse. I have that one fake water color and Dave hates it. Anything you do he will love and of course I will love love love. Even if it is what you consider practice-we will love it.

O.K. Mental breakdown. The Blue Personality is fighting the Red Personality. The direct and demanding is feeling guilty for the 2 comments. Someday, I will still a picture of yours from under you bed and hopefully you won't know it because you will be told old at age 90 to bend down to look and see if it is missing. Love Angee

Hi, Angee! I would love to paint pictures of Lilly and Josie. Do you have a favorite? I have a few here that I was thinking I would do. That's funny about stealing some of my watercolors when I'm 90 years old. I'll make you some so you don't have to. Put your red personality to bed and give your blue a hug. I didn't think you were bossy at all. I am delighted that you want me to paint for you. I'll make you a deal. I'm so very amateur at this that if you don't really like the finished result I'll consider it practice and keep doing stuff till you get one you love. You too, Julie. No pressure to take these watercolors. I'm just having fun.
